The resort accommodation,staff and food were all good.
From the moment we arrived nothing was too much trouble for the staff, always a smile and engaging as far as language allowed. The rooms have been refurbished and have a modern feel. The food was plentiful and to a high standard considering the numbers being catered for. The bars dealt quickly with the patrons, again with a smile and good humour even at the busiest times.
The reception staff are pleasant, helpful and efficient and everywhere we went there seems to be someone cleaning.
This is a client centric well managed and staffed resort. Daily access to the attached water park is the icing on the experience.

It’s not an all inclusive hotel, the water park restaurants are not free. The food in the hotel is not that good, vegetarians won’t find themselves and the variety is small. The cleaning persons don’t clean the room unless you leave them a tip, so for what am I’m paying for the hotel then?
